not to bad for 3 days by my self. water damage wasnt as bad as we all anticipated even though it was a consistent drip. we were able to stay under budget and what I quoted, done sooner than expected with additional materials refunded back to the home owners.
Before was a 1piece tub enclosed.
After- Delta classic 500 - 18" high left hand drain tub, paired with the Delra Classic 500 3 piece wall kit w/7 shelves.
added in the Delta Foundation shower valve with a chrome finish to match the shower fixtures and hardware. then finished it off with PvC trim molding. basic idea that adds so much character and makes the shower truely pop once its finished.
im really pleased with how this turned out.

this is one for the books, quick trip down to Ga. to help put the family of a friend of mine. such welcoming people. they were experiencing a shower valve leak that had gotten to a section of their original subflooring. thank goodness for older framing. only thing that saved this bathroom allowing the water to escape. had alot of fun on this one by my self.

always a pleasure returning back to this home. just over 3 and a half days and we had the 6ft tall wrott-Iron fencing installed. 1.5 bags of fast set concrete per hole. top 8" back filled with dirt for grass growth. couldnt of asked for s better week to do it too, had beautiful weather, especially today with the clear skies and a good breeze. top it off we have a very happy puppers. never seen this dog move that fast. makes it all worth it!!

just finished up this 4 day shower remodel.
pulled the 1 piece tub/shower enclosure.
swapped out the original shower valve with a New glacier Bay single handle shower valve W/ trim kit.
then we went ahead. coverted the tub drain to a shower pan drain. went avove and beyond for blocking in this enclosure. once prep was completed. we proceeded to install Deltas New 500 series shower kit system

Delta Classic 500 3 piece wall kit
and finished it off with
Delta 500 Classic Port wood 70"H shower door kit on rollers and a 18" glacier Bay grab bar to help with sitting for rising on the bench.
wrapped the shower in a Pvc trim design. love how the trim turned out. done by yours truely. no drywall dust or mud on a new shower!!! makes all the difference. you'll never seea shower kit done how i finish them. 100% leak proof

before & After.
we were called for a estimate on this project. sagging roof and deck. 4×4posts set 2 inches in the ground placed on 2 bricks, not even level. 😕 no one would touch this job for less than $25k?!?!?!? pure robbery. completed in just under 2 weeks. we came in at half the cost of all their estimates. being honest isn't Hard.

we went 3ft down 10" in diameter. poured each footer 4" below ground level. post anchors and back filled to cover and replaced cut grass.

replaced the outside band, extended the deck and additional 4ft, replaced with trex, added the border for a bit of character and added fortress railing to finish her off. this deck will have another 15+yr lifespan on her, no doubt in my mind.

noticeable difference in the gate repair. heard a Turkey Gobbling all morning.
finished my day going to a 2nd job. hall bathroom, toilet fl**ge was set too high above the concrete, resulting in shimming of the toilet. we removed toilet and flooring, cut fl**ge, removed inside collar, installed all new Coretec Flooring, and installed a stainless steel colar toilet fl**ge flush to the floor surface resulting in a toilet that mounts firm to the floor and doesnt rock or shake.
tomorrow I install 1 doorbell, then frame a 9ft by 20ft by 8ft high loft in a garage by my self. always Fun.
