LGA is working with Cempa Community Care in Chattanooga to improve their facilities and expand their presence downtown. Our current renovation of a 1960's building includes primary and infectious disease care clinics, a dental clinic, a pharmacy, and shell space for expansion.

This unique building includes a daylit, covered courtyard transformed to provide a pleasant outdoor retreat as well as improved wayfinding and circulation between floors. Cempa’s branding is layered through the project beginning with the facade feature designed to give the Cempa campus a new face and identity.

Students at UTK are pushing the boundaries of both architecture and robotic construction with their work on "ADAM" [Accessory Dwelling Additively Manufactured]. LGA enjoyed hosting an exhibit of their work during our inaugural First Friday open house last week.
