Another Master bath updated. I really like the choices on this one. Classic black lines and features really pop against the white tiles. With a little blue splash in for the vanity.
Clinton Glass will be finishing the shower off with a glass panel soon.

This is a shower floor I rescued for a customer. The original installer did not properly install the tiles. They skimped on the mortar and did not get complete coverage of the tiles. Some tiles began separating from the shower pan on their own allowing water to run underneath resulting in LOTS of mold and an unpleasant odor. I removed the tiles and mold, re-coated the pan with mortar and a waterproofing membrane and properly installed new tile and grout.

Unfortunately some contractors will cut corners to save time. Make sure you hire someone you trust (preferably with references) to work on your home and if something doesn't seem right, don't be afraid to ask questions. If you are working with an honest contractor they will not mind discussing details of the process.

This is an awesome remodel. They had a wall with a door between the shower room and the vanity. Taking it out definitely let a lot more light filter in. Not to mention adding a barn door leading into the bathroom just gave it a wonderful open, easy feeling. My favorite is the seat with the tub. Perfect for accents. 🥰

Summer time is a great time to make sure your deck is structurally sound. This one was collecting water by the back door and was leaking into the porch below. We rebuilt it and set all new Trex's boards and handrails. It should be maintenance free for several years.
Call to schedule your desk inspection before fall gets here to be able to safely enjoy you outside family time.
