Our last project. A 12x16 took us 5 days to
Complete. Project came in on budget and cost less than 10k. We do things a little differently and we believe it adds value. Routering a joint for the top and bottom rails allows minimal fasteners and prevents twisting keeping rails straight-forever. No permit was required but we built every deck above code requirements On to the next one!
