Sometimes “Life happens” and a design isn’t built by the homeowner it was originally intended for. But thankfully, rather than collecting dust on the proverbial shelf, someone else comes along and breathes life into it. That’s the case with Spike and Monica McCamy. As a designer, I’m always grateful for variety of style. Knoxville doesn’t afford me many opportunities for English Tudor, and I couldn’t have chosen a finer neighborhood for this one to call home. A warm thankyou to Cityview Magazine for showcasing it.

This in response to recent negative statements made online by Brittany Jordan-Zaccaro about Stephen Davis Home Designs. Ms. Zaccaro’s inventive claims are baseless and contradicted by evidence. We possess complete project documentation showing that the Zaccaro project progressed through each design phase successfully without complaint, with the Zaccaro’s written approval at each stage, culminating in floor plans and elevations, and in adherence to agreed-upon scope.

The facts reveal that the Zaccaros ultimately chose not to proceed with construction and instead listed their property for sale, which coincides with the timing of their sudden unhappiness. As with any client-business agreement, services rendered are not refundable once sufficient time is invested. Anyone wishing to review their documented record may do so by appointment at our office.
