Hardscape Laborer (crew members)
To be considered a candidate for this position, an individual must possess or be able to demonstrate the following:

Possess a valid driver's license, with reliable transportation to and from work
Possess good organizational and communication skills
Be highly driven, self-motivated, and task oriented
Ability to learn new skills and traits

Physical requirements:
Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
Must be able to work in the direct sun for various amounts of time.
Must have the physical capability to lift, move, and stretch for completion of projects.

Work schedule is Monday - Friday. Depending on weather and time of year some days will be given off. Working conditions may vary and candidate must be able to work in all weather conditions.
