This beautiful new build — and the very first home for this family — is officially dried in, and the rough in electrical is completed. That’s when things really start taking shape. From framing inspections to rough-in work, each phase brings us one step closer to turning their dream into a place they’ll call home.

The tin is officially on the roof, and this build is almost dried in! That’s a major construction milestone — protecting the structure, locking it in, and getting us ready to move full speed into the next phase. We’re just waiting on a couple of doors and this home will be completely sealed up.

From the ground work to framing to setting that last sheet of metal, this is the part where a house really starts looking like a home. Our crew has put in the work, and it’s showing.

Today we met on site, signed a new contract for Rock Bottom Builders East Tn and started preparing for what’s to come. The builders are coming together, plans in hand, ready to turn vision into reality.

There’s nothing more rewarding than watching a vision come to life from the ground up. We are honored to take part in bringing this beautiful home to reality.

The home is almost complete and almost ready for them to move in and enjoy. Seeing it come together has been incredibly rewarding, and we’re excited to hand it over very soon.

As we shared before, this is the beautiful piece of land where one of our clients’ dream homes will soon be built overlooking Douglas Lake.

Right now the lake is a little low, but before long it will be filled back up and just as gorgeous as ever. Water levels change — but the view, the location, and the potential here are absolutely incredible.

We’re excited to begin bringing this vision to life on this stunning lakefront property. From the first board to the final finish, this home is going to be something special.
