📢🗓️Mark Your Calendar!🥳
Our first GBM for the year will be on Oct 5 (Wednesday) 1PM. We are also hosting the same info session on Oct 7 (Friday) 1 PM for those who can’t make it to the first one.
Both GBM will be at Sixth College Ridge Walk Academic Complex (PEB) USP Department 4th floor. We will introduce our club and the upcoming events. It is also a great chance to meet new people. See you all there!
We will share our GBM slides beforehand so those who can't make it can still get updated.

(Second Slide) On Friday after ARCH’s GBM, at 2:30pm TREO is hosting a site tour of 525 Olive. RSVP is required as space is limited (Link in bio). TREO is able to assist with arranging carpooling amongst students who are interested in going. This can be a great opportunity for students who are interested in architecture to see new building come to live.

Hey everyone! Just a reminder that our weekly Project Team Redesign Meeting will be hled in the Design lab in room #331 today at 2:00 PM.

Today, we will be hearing from Professor Manuel Carrió, an urban studies and planning professor, and Sophia Lee, a UCSD student. They will be talking about industry experiences, the USP major and field, and graduation and career options.

Hey everyone! Arch@UCSD will be holding a Sketching Social event during week 4. More detailed event details will be posted on Sunday 04/17.

Going forward, all of the future Campus Redesign Project Team Meetings will be on Friday from 1-3 PM PST. We will meet once a week!

At tomorrow’s meeting, be prepared to talk about presenting your individual findings of the sites presented last week, making a final selection of our site, and the tentative schedule of the project in the upcoming quarters.

Our annual Campus Redesign Proposal Project is our biggest project of the year!

The goal is to redesign a part of campus through a detailed architectural proposal plan. We will be working in teams, brainstorming ideas left and right, meeting professors and local architects, using design software and hand drawn sketches... so many skills will be developed! The best part of all, you can add this project to your portfolio which will help you grow your career. By the end of spring quarter, we will present our proposal to Campus Planning. And who knows, maybe they will implement our ideas to their future projects!

Arch@UCSD is closing fall quarter with an End of Quarter Get Together!

Come and get to know members of Arch@UCSD better this Friday (12/03)! We will be playing Kahoot (prize provided) and hold a pass-along architecture sketching activity! Students of any skill level and major are welcome to join! Materials will be provided!
