Please stand up for maintaining local building/zoning codes and stop the overreach from the state. The state zoning process creates spot zoning which every civic planning class teaches in the first week is not the way to design a city. Cities like Tucson and Huston have struggled to overcome their mistakes in spot zoning from the 1940's-1970's. Why can't we learn from history? Urge the state representatives to vote down SB79
