Another roof in Palm Desert. Many cracks in paper where existing paper was not applied correctly, and the tile has slid down creating holes in the paper. All areas repaired with #40 felt paper and tile nailed with 2 1/2 galvanized nails

This was a 2 resident mailbox made out of concrete blocks & plaster and it had been reinforced by re-bar & concrete it even had a 2 piece Mexican clay tile roof that matched the existing home.
What happened is someone backed into it more than likely with a trailer & drove off. This weighed quite a bit and had to use a come along and straps to pull it back into place. Inside it was hollow about 2 ft lengthways of street & width about a ft. & half width.
Over all this was a little over 4 ft by 3 ft and it stood 6 ft tall, inside of box it was filled with sand and I got 10 bags of dirt out of it before I could even move it.
Before pulling all the way together I filled it full of concrete and then sealed it where it would not spill out and pulled it together and then replastered it.

This was at first just a leak in the middle of this deck, and I was going to replace a jack that had the rubber boot on it that deteriorated from weather conditions. I actually replace 4 of those and painted all of jacks to match roof.
So on the leak I pulled some tiles off and discovered multiple cracks up and across the entirety of this roof so badly that I had to pull it all off.
So I put #30 felt back down 2 ply to ensure long lasting roof nailed with 1 inch metal cap nails and put tiles back on with 2 1/2 inch galvonized nails

This was an interesting job in thermal. This had several add ons over the years and It had 5 roofs on it 4 hot mopped roofs and one shingles. It took a few days to remove all debris.
It had spaced sheeting and I put all new 1/2 inch plywood on the back flat half of the roof and also the top deck got all new plywood. This has a modified SBS rubber roll torch application on all flat decks and 30 year dimensional shingles on all pitches.

This is a tile repair. It was leaking at the front entrance of this home. It had a deck that was flat and the tile below ran directly into the wall as seen in pictures. There was 5 places this had leaks 5 where tiles slid and caused the paper to tear leaving plywood exposed. So I applied 40 # paper 2 ply to fix roof. Also roof underneath metal was in bad shap so I went ahead and put mastic underneath metal and then I masticed and webbed all areas ensuring no more leaks. Also where paper ended I applied the 3 course method of mastic and webbing and then final coating of mastic. Then I nailed all tile back on with 16 penny nails
