Samsung 24k btu max heat, the builder created nice protection over the condenser where we hid the line set you barely see. This also comes with a clean looking head with built in wifi. Bringing ac in the summer and heat on the coldest nights on this giant family room. Call for pricing #603

Last week we installed a Intellihott IN501 water heater. This is a 500k btu on demand commercial water heater. This provides our customer with nonstop hot water , while saving energy costs!

I had a customer lose a major component due to pesky mice getting into and building a nest in the condenser. The best thing you can do to keep your home and equipment running as it should is annual maintenance and pest control. I highly recommend giving a call to get set up with their quarterly whole home pest service to keep your home safe from critters like these. #603 region
