I just saw a post about some properties we used to maintain. They were asking for vendors. Probably ran out of them because they never paid anybody. AB river, which owns the following listed properties, which are managed by Lynd, still owe us over 10k. I would recommend not doing business with them.

Santa Rosa, Basswood, Holly Place, Lila Place, Chandler, Satsuma, Celeste, Bayberry, Laurel oak.

Contractors beware the owners, not the property management, don’t pay their bills. The problem is systemic and not just the management. They didn’t take my lawyer seriously, and we put liens on their properties before they could do anything about it fortunately. Some invoices were paid but not all.

I was considering trading in these trucks or posting them on marketplace and figured I’d put them on here first if anyones interested. All are paid off. No check engine lights. Scheduled maintainence with all fluids and filters changed this winter including diff. The reason I’m selling is we frequently drive to Lake Charles and Baton Rouge. lll put retail price, but OBO.

P.S. we just spent a bunch of money making sure these trucks were mechanically sound for this upcoming season. If we get asking price, I’ll provide a 30 day powertrain warranty up to $2500 with our in-house mechanic at book rate at our discretion.

These pictures are before and after we remediated some new sod this winter. I’d say this is why we make the big bucks, but we were able to save their yard for less than 5% of what they would’ve paid to resod it.

Don't commit . Cutting back crape myrtle trees is not, and never has been, the preferred way of handling these graceful and beautiful trees. In addition, it is not healthy for the trees in the long run. Cutting back crape myrtles creates large wounds that can serve as points of entry for fungal decay organisms.
