Rockefeller Refuge.. I didn’t film much today. We caught 2 dozen crabs and we were back home for 11:30!! The kids had a blast 🦀

Steak Rice n Gravy “Muddy Gravy” we loveee a muddy gravy just as much as a greasy gravy! We used chuck steaks for this gravy! 3 lbs chuck steak 3 onions 2 bell peppers Cajun seasoning, onion and garlic powder. Season steaks and then brown. Remove then add veggies. Sauté. Add steaks and water. Season. Simmer for 2 hours or until tender.
