Grout cleaning for a new customer. This was a good 5 hours of cleaning the grout between all these tile pieces. Cleaned the bathroom, entry way, dining area, and the kitchen. Bought a rolling kneeboard from to make the job easier and I was quite surprised how well it worked. The cleaner I used from Black Diamond and I can’t recommend them more. Just a little spray and a little scrub made the grout look new again.

This old gate had seen better days. Swipe to see the new one. It was termite infested and all the hardware was falling apart. It was installed when the house was built even before they laid the concrete. I was able to replicate it almost exactly. Used pressure treated wood from Home Depot and screws so that it will last a lot longer.

Many times I have heard numerous stories about people receiving water bills higher than they should be and often fallowed by a city letter saying your water is running. Many times the culprit is their toilet fill valves either leaking or the stomper not sealing. If your toilet is making fill noises without being in use please get it repaired immediately. Your water bill will thank you! If you don’t know how to fix it and you live in Orange County I’d be glad to help you fix it!

Bought these prefabricated drawer sliders for some kitchen cabinets and installed them. These are the perfect solution for getting to those hard to reach locations for those pots and pans. These were ordered from Home Depot, be sure to measure and get the right size for your cabinets.

Installed these closet doors along with their tracks. Each door had to be trimmed about an inch off the bottom to fit right.

The reason for multiple doors was due to the high demand and lack of inventory for the larger doors so this was the solution.

This took about 3 hours to measure, cut, and install.
