This ProVia front entry door replacement in St. Peter’s, MO went just as planned! This client wanted to reduce the glass to half lites and go with a Rustic Bronze exterior. We were able to keep her existing trim with a perfectly measured custom replacement door!

We just completed a project in St. Peter’s, MO that had some bad work done by another window installation company. Oh man did we find some things!

This window had been leaking and causing wood rot damage after multiple attempts to “fix” it by the previous company. We removed everything, including some siding to properly make this repair.

We ended up repairing framing, replacing the interior trim, and re-doing all of the flashing the RIGHT way! No shortcuts. We follow tested installation practices, not guess work.

Not only does this picture window look beautiful with expanded visible glass, it’s also waterproofed to properly shed water instead of trapping it!

Six new specialty windows and a twin casement window in welding Springs, MO! Every project has its own challenges. On this project, the windows had been replaced before and did not have the proper expansion gaps to the James Hardie siding. They also had no flashing tape, or drip cap installed on the kitchen window. Improper expansion gaps led to cracks in the siding and poor performance on the windows.

With proper measuring, and some extra of relief cuts in the siding. These windows will not only perform better, they also look original!

You don’t have to focus on the details, but you probably should hire a contractor who does!

At first glance, this looks like it’s sealed well for water. We got a call about this patio door flooding inside the home when it rains.

After inspection, we found that flashing was improperly installed above the door on the deck allowing water to get behind the water barrier. When this door was replaced, they also improperly added more flashing tape that trapped the water causing framing damage.

Understanding waterproofing systems is necessary to make sure that you don’t allow water in and you don’t trap water if it does get behind! that’s why our installers are trained with certified systems through OSI Window Installation System!
