This was a foreclosed home that had not been updated since the late 70's/early 80's. Lake Maxinhall is a wonderful lake located just east of 56th & Keystone and about a 4-5 minute drive to Broadripple.
This home was a complete "gut" and the entire main floor has been updated on this beautiful lake

Short List of Updates:

1. Remove wall between kitchen & great room.
2. Transform the office and Jack & Jill bathroom into the master bathroom and the main master closet. As there is a second master closet in the main master bedroom area.
3. Take one of the closets from guest bedroom and make is the second master bedroom closet.
4. Completely update/change the guest bathroom.
5. Add crown mold in some areas, and update baseboard throughout much of the main floor.
6. New Cabinets
7. New custom made vanities.
8. New hardwood throughout except for bathrooms.
9. Paint all trim including all paneling. Paint all walls and refinish great room beams.
10. Raise the floor in the den around the fireplace. The floor was originally recessed lower into the basement by about 2' and was separated by a railing. Unfortunately you can't see this in the photos.
11. Change basement railing and add a matching gate for kid's safety precautions.
12. Refinish fireplace and change stone at the base.
13. Remove all "popcorn" ceiling texture and change to a smooth finish.
14. Remove drop down ceiling in kitchen. Then add a tray ceiling with crown mold and hidden rope lighting.
15. All new decorative light fixtures. Update all of the wiring.
