Well here Jim's Deck & Fence we had quite a few surprises along this journey including complete removal of the existing deck as the previous owners/flippers just put a bandaid on an obviously rotten frame. So out with the old and Hello ya Big Beautiful Beast of a deck... it all came together as planned, just missing its gates and its done!
We really enjoyed working with this couple and look forward to working on the rest of the list of things the flippers half-assed and other projects want us to do!

We absolutely had our hands full with this deck replacement, but with awesome customers comes great results!

Great customers are always a pleasure to work for, love this design with composite Trek Decking and metal railing.

Sorry about the delays in posting some of our recent fun we have been having! But we will try to catch up a bit, lol
This was another awesome remodel, removed everything from the popcorn ceiling to complete down to studs in the kitchen, to all tile floor removed... and well... you can see the difference for yourselves...
We love our awesome customers!!!

Who's next? Country Kitchen Done! Another kitchen make over done! We love working with these folks, 4th project with them and counting. Awesome all the way around and when they said "Just handle it, I'm gonna love whatever y'all come up with" you just cant help yourself! Can't wait to tackle the master bath!

5 weeks after a complete gutting and we even dropped the ceiling, New and moved a/c ductwork, new walls for new floor plan, new insulation, new drywall, new bathroom, new walk in closet, new kitchen, new flooring, new crown and base, new paint, new doors, new plumbing, new hot water tank, new windows on one side... the list goes on... 3 or 4 more small things on the punch list but they are back home.

746sq.ft. Mega Deck wood work is done, screen guys will finish up their part next week.More pictures then when the whole vision comes together. Can't say enough about our customers, they had an idea and we had ours and out of it came this beauty. I love my job!

This Mega Deck project is moving right along when the rain let's us, lol, should wrap it up tomorrow... should I say if the rain holds off.
