Rotten wood and concrete repair

Converted a large shed into a studio for comedian Steve Simeone. Installed new electrical and ethernet along with a new panel. Turned out great.

We will be having a later build for the bathroom I wall for.

Installed leaf gaurd, replaced downdrain and made a custom end cap.

Full bathroom remodel with subfloor repair. This floor had a total of x4 layers.

Pipe repair on the ceiling. Had a leak ruining the drywall

Removed damaged sink base and replaced. Along with new faucet. Since the old faucet caused the leak by nearly blasting water everywhere.

Don’t forget about those bathroom fans. Every now and then they need serviced or replaced. This one was so bad it nearly caused an electrical short.
