Imperial Seal is currently seeking experienced sealcoating crew members and crew leads. We offer competitive compensation, performance-based bonuses, a 401k plan, and weekly pay. Successful applicants can expect to work 60+ hours per week, with overtime after 40 hours. Key requirements include availability to work weekends, the ability to work extended shifts outdoors in various weather conditions, and reliable transportation to and from our Lakeville shop location. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity for overtime most weeks. We offer competitive pay and performance-based raises/bonuses throughout the season. Experience is not required but is preferred, more import to us is a good work ethic and the ability to learn quickly on the job.
