West Austin Air Conditioning is looking for a new shop location—and we're hoping someone in our network knows of the perfect spot.

We're searching for a small shop/warehouse space to lease in the West Austin, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Spicewood, or surrounding areas.

Our ideal space would include:
✅ Approximately 1,600 SF or less
✅ Ample parking space for loading and unloading equipment
✅ Ability to accommodate onsite dumpster service
✅ Easy access to Highway 71
✅ Lease rate around $15/SF/YR
