HaPpy HapPy Saturday Friends 🌻 I thought I would sneak into the Insta feed and share something really Special that I discovered while learning to propagate my Succulents. Here goes…. It’s not necessary to toss the ripped and torn leaves into the garbage bin. No need to give up on the ones that are spotty, discolored or even filled with unattractive markings. And let’s not forget about the ones that start to lose their hard and plump leaf shape and just look a bit tired and lifeless.. You DO NOT have to choose a leaf that is free from damage and blemishes. The “Healthy Mother Leaf”… I promise you, it’s all GARBAGE ADVISE!!! 100% success isn’t even guaranteed for the most Beautiful of Mother leaves, So why would 100% failure be true for the struggling and imperfect ones? Succulents have this Beautiful ability to survive the most arid, water deprived, desolate places on earth. So If they can push through the impossible, so can we.. I had no idea that these powerful little plants would end up being the lighthouse that would guide me back to shore.. “I know you think this world is too dark to even dream in color, but I’ve seen flowers bloom at midnight. I’ve seen kites fly in gray skies and they were real close to looking like the sunrise, and sometimes it takes the most wounded wings the most broken things to notice how strong the breeze is, how precious the flight.” ~ Andrea Gibson ~ If you read this entire post… Thank You 💕 lol~ And don’t forget to keep looking for the beauty in even the darkest of places. I promise, You will find it… ✨✨✨ 🌱 🌱
