THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

Kamala is trying the gun control issue on her mindless legions to try and get votes.

I would like to point out a few facts, and look them up in the proper FBI and ATF publications if you wish.

I grew up in the 1950s and 1960s. The world was awash in guns from World War II nations trying to dispose of surpluses. You could get an M98 Ma**er rifle for $10.00, or a M1911A1 .45 ACP pistol for $50.00, with a box of ammo thrown in.

Montgomery Wards, Sears, Western Auto, JC Penney, and many other stores sold fi****ms, along with gun stores and sporting goods shops.

Guns were sold at garage sales and by individuals on a private basis.

A few years ago, Harvard put out a study that said gun laws do not affect crime levels. Many draconian gun laws have been passed since the 1968 Gun Control Act.

We now have a higher crime rate with guns than we ever had before.

I guess it's not in the Democrat Party's nature to leave office without at least one more major scandal.

Looks like the Biden administration was supposed to send Taiwan a bunch of weapons, munitions, and other supplies to defend the Fort Apache situation they are in now with China. Instead, Taiwan got corroded gear and munitions, outdated supplies, a lot of useless junk, and mold and decaying supply items.

Considering Biden is the man who helped engineer the fall of Saigon, stood by while Americans died at Benghazi, and botched the Afghanistan pullout, is anyone truly surprised?

Who could blame our allies in Taiwan for not believing in us ever again?

PARTING SHOT BEFORE THE ELECTION:

Get out and vote, even if you don't like the presidential candidates. Down ballot is where other kook candidates are, and where different measures are added to increase your taxes and fees, and limit more of your freedoms.

I am now pushing towards 76 years of age, and Nam vets are dying at the rate of about 700 a day. Statistics say I have about a 50/50 chance of making it to 80. I can see it in the thinning of the groups of Nam vets that visit Madigan Army Medical Center when I have to go there.

I want to state several things before I don't show up here someday because God has called me for the last roll call.

I believe the 2020 election was probably stolen for one simple reason, having nothing to do with all the manipulative shenanigans or conspiracy theories. The Democrats brag about haven stolen it, then and now, and that's a fact.

I will never be ashamed of my faith in Jesus Christ, and I proclaim it now and forever. The only things I will ever kneel for is my Lord God, and to get a better aim with a rifle or a handgun.

I am very proud to have served in Vietnam, and do not care what various lefties, history revisionists, arm chair quarterbacks, military haters, and naysayers have to say.

I am proud of my church family and my friends on Facebook.

FROM THE RECLINER OF OLD SARGE:

While I've been resting here and getting my strength back, I've been thinking of some things that good conservatives need to consider in the last days before the election.

I think we're only lately becoming aware of how much damage the Democrats and the radical left have done to this country. Democrats will also continue to slow walk and block anything President Trump wants done. It's going to be nearly impossible to fire all the troublemakers in the swamp.

My point is, all things considered, don't be impatient if it takes his entire four-year term for Trump and the GOP to turn things around.

Also consider that this country is sleepwalking into World War III, and a bad actor or an uncontrollable junior officer could plunge us into another war.

On top of it all, we have the real reason the GOP has lost control in about eleven states. If even 5% more of REGISTERED Republicans had turned out to vote in the elections since 2016, we would be sitting a lot easier on the political map.

Get out and vote, even if you dislike the two presidential candidates. Measures often posted down ballot can increase your taxes and limit your freedoms.

And please, my fellow conservatives, don't get rude when a rich person gives less to hurricane and you think they could afford more. You don't know what's going on in their lives, and remember: God views envy as a sin.

Let's finish with a chuckle. Scientists and historians believe Christopher Columbus was probably a Sephardic Jew. Take that you nasty Jew and Israel haters! LOL!

May God walk with, my brothers and sisters, all the days of your lives, and give you peace!

13,000 convicted murderers, over 15,000 s*x criminals, and 400,000 other criminals are inside the country because of Biden-Harris. We have already seen many of the heartbreaking results.

The MSM has decided it's Trump's fault.

More casualty figures: More young people have died from violent gang activity in our Democrat-controlled cities than have died in the war on terror during its entirety during any comparable period. 100 to 300 Americans a day are dying from drug overdoses. About 400 Americans a day are still being cut up and discarded in our abortion clinics, and Democrats have shown they don't care a bit about our service members coming back in flag draped caskets.

26% of Democrats don't mind if Trump is murdered, by their own internal poll. And these are the same people who sang, drank, and danced when Reagan, Buckley, Thatcher, Graham, and Rush Limbaugh died.

Persecution of our Jewish brothers and sister is on the rise among members of the left.

If we lose this election, it will be a dark time for our people and nation. I am glad I am in the winter of my life, and I am not afraid to die to keep from buckling to the evil party.

We are people of the American Revolution. The Morlocks on the left are people of the French Revolution.

God's will be done, and COURAGE, my brothers and sisters.
