Prepping flooring boards that came from a factory in Lodo's, it was build in the 1920's. The boards were removed in 1984, three lots were bought to cover 1800 square feet of floor in this home completed in 1985.

Fast forward 32 years and I'm doing it again, planning the wood to lay in two bedrooms and a bathroom. The wood is a Sugar Pine from the east coast measuring 1 3/4" x 5 1/2" and about 13 feet long.

This isn't your normal wood floor installation, these boards are twisted bend and split, not to mention not precise when it comes to the width. This is a labor of love, the cost is prohibitive for most of us nowadays but the final product is a priceless floor that you won't find in to many homes.

Another bathroom in the books, this one started of very small as you can see in the before pictures. The home was build in 1967 and still had copper/lead plumbing that needed to be updated. The shower was moved kitty corner and the sink to the opposite wall oh requiring new Ingrahm plumbing in a cement floor. We took part of a closets and added it to the bathroom nearly doubling the size, I know this is a fully functioning bathroom where there is plenty of room to move around and get dressed.

Completed a full wet bar for a customer this week, used Hard Rock Maple Butcher Block lightly stained and covered with approximately 3/16" Ultra Clear Epoxy. The shelves on the wall and under the countertop were made using the same wood and 3/4" gas pipe for supports. Kraft-maid cabinets support the bar top that holds a deep single sink with a Pfister adjustable faucet.
