Little bit of a chilly start but we were able to get this roof knocked out today!
This galvanized metal roof looks super sharp on the old corn crib. We also tore off the old gable end fascia boards and replaced with new!

 Here is the latest update on our current project!!
-We completed the framing about two weeks ago.
-We finished up the wire rough in today.
-Most of the exterior surface spray foamed.
-HVAC is just a few hours away from being roughed in.
-Generac rough in and service panel complete so we have power inside now.
-Drywall will begin the end of next week!
 While they are hanging drywall, we will be working in the gym on the metal side walls and ceiling.

It's been a little bit since I've posted, but here's what we are working on now!
(Bardo project) We got electric pulled and going inside the garage and installed all of the metal on the walls and ceiling, wrapped all the doors and windows in white coil. 5urned it great!
Now as far as the house we are about 50% done with the 1st floor framing and we should have that, and 2nd floor finished by the end of next week to start wire rough in! Then onto plumbing rough in, HVAC and insulation!
As drywall is going on the living side we will be working on the 40x60 gymnasium side installing metal to match the garage!

Big and fun things ahead for this year!
Looking forward to finishing out this beautiful bardo, we’ve got 1000 feet of underground installed, the plumbers have roughed in and we are almost ready for the slab as soon as the weather breaks!

Update on some projects‼️
We are wrapping up two new builds at the moment. We have been waiting on special order cabinets for both so we are punching both projects out at the same time! I'll attach pictures. We still have more on the list for this year but we are already booking into next spring! I appreciate your patience if you're waiting on us or waiting on estimates from us! It's always tough to squeeze all the hours estimates/meeting's take while putting long hours on site everyday so we appreciate your patience!

We've built two houses this year and we have done a fairly large master suite addition which turned into a lot of remodels along the way, we framed another kitchen addition a couple weeks ago have been completely remodeling our hunting lodge along the countless seamless gutter jobs/ small jobs and projects that I don't even post about.

Proverbs 16:3 says "commit your work unto the Lord and he will establish your plans " We go into every project committed and give God the glory and believe he will establish our plans because ultimately we want his plans to be our plans! God has been good to us providing work and we have really enjoyed all of our projects this year!

Here is a little update on the current building projects we have going right now‼️
We have one house/cabin interior painted and the flooring laid and starting on finish work next week.
And this house pictured here, the drywallers are hanging board now and they will begin finishing next week there!
Also the tile bathroom pictured here is a bathroom we tiled in our lodge the last couple weeks with a remodel we are doing in the lodge! A lot going on and a lot to come the next few weeks! We're excited for the next few projects and the things brewing for next year already! God is so good and we give him all the glory for the work and amazing people we have alongside us to make these projects go from vision to reality!

We got another house framed up this week, one ready for finish painting and multiple gutter jobs completed. The special order siding gets here next week for both homes! We have a busy week ahead catching up on some more seamless gutter work next week. Than onto some finish work!
