Well Summers here ,and it's time to have your units maintenance. A Lot of the problems we've been running into this summer, and due to the fact of people not having their systems checked out and cleaned properly. We charge $89 for a preventative maintenance ,and that includes going over the whole system ,chemically cleaning ,checking pressures ,amps on motors .We will come out and do a complete check out of your system and tell you exactly how it is working and performing ,and will let you know and show you the part before we do any repairs, but nine out of 10 they just need the preventative maintenance If this is something you're looking into doing,please call the office at 740-681-1040

It's cold outside so your furnace is probably running harder then normal. Always make sure that your filter is clean so that the system can breathe properly. If you need Service you can call us anytime of the day or night at 740-681-1040. We try to carry most parts on our truck ,if not we keep a lot of inventory on all make and models of furnaces. We also sell filters , we are the cheapest around and have all different sizes in stock . Our weekday service calls are $69 and after hours is $89 .We are a family owned and operated company.

Summer is coming so it's time to get ready for AC season we are offering preventative maintenance for $79 Summer will be here soon within the next week or two so now's the time to get your system checked out and with the new law passed and taking effect as of 2020 r-22 Will not be sold anymore so if you have a system that is five years or older it is probably R-22 and if you don't want to be spending a bunch of money the best thing to do is take care of the system so it last as long as possible
