🔎 What's Going On Underground?

You can't always tell what's happening inside an underground downspout drain just by looking at the surface. That's where a camera inspection can make a big difference.

On this job, we were camering the downspout drain to get a clear look inside the line and check for potential problems such as:

✔️ Root intrusion
✔️ Cracks or damaged pipe
✔️ Dirt and debris buildup
✔️ Blockages or restrictions
✔️ Areas where water may not be flowing properly

A camera inspection allows us to see what's actually happening inside the pipe so we can determine whether the line needs cleaning, repair, or replacement—rather than guessing.

If your downspouts aren't draining properly or you're noticing standing water around your home after it rains, there could be an issue underground.

Recently, a customer reached out after noticing a leaking pressure tank. A pressure tank is an important part of a home's well water system. 🚧 Sanitary Sewer Repair Completed 🚧

Not every plumbing issue is caused by a broken pipe—sometimes the problem is an outdated component that no longer serves a purpose.

On this recent job, our crew removed an old sewer trap that was causing drainage issues. These types of traps were commonly installed years ago, but in many cases they're no longer required by today's plumbing codes and can actually restrict flow, collect debris, and contribute to recurring sewer problems.

By removing the outdated trap and completing the necessary repairs, we helped restore proper flow and improve the overall performance of the homeowner's sewer system.
