Another job completed! Josh’s Ground Effects recently replaced the downspout piping at Dr. Cutright’s office on E. Main Street in Lancaster, upgrading to Schedule 40 PVC pipe for added durability and long-term performance.

🚧 Another Drainage Problem Solved!
This recent project involved a complete perimeter drain replacement after a compromised pipe contributed to basement flooding.
Our crew excavated the affected area and installed approximately 120 feet of new sewer and drain pipe to restore proper drainage and help protect the home from future water issues.
A big project, but an even bigger relief for the homeowner! 💧
