OUT WITH THE OLD AND IN WITH THE NEW!

We completed this project this week for some absolutely amazing new clients! We demoed their old, dated and worn out deck to rebuild an 800 sq ft, awesome patio! We put in 2x10 floor joist on 12” centers to support all new fibron composite decking. We then added black aluminum west berry railing system complete with locking gate on the stairs. We finished this job up by adding a 12x24 west berry screen enclosure system. Clients expectations were surpassed and we are really looking forward to working for these folks again!

Knocked this 12’x20’ deck this week for a new client. Homeowner designed the wide handrail balusters for privacy and we actually dig it 😎. Client was well pleased with the project and already has us quoting more work! As always glad to collab with One Source Exterior Group, and huge shoutout to Shane for all of our building material needs!!!

We haven’t had the pleasure of doing a bathroom makeover in a while. Thanks to a couple of new clients we got to give them the bathroom makeover that they wanted! We demoed out an old tub/shower enclosure, had to saw some concrete and re-work plumbing. We then added a new shower pan, and shower walls. Finished it off with new wall and trim and vanity paint new vanity faucet and new bathroom lighting.

My venture along with one source exterior group started a couple years ago and thanks to all y’all keeping us busy and working hard. We are blessed enough to take a day to play hard and keep our minds clear. We had a company picnic today (even tho we only had 1 employee make it 🤣) we had a great day of cooking and s**t shooting and boating. Thanks to all of our great customers for making days like these possible

Forgot to post this last week but we just knocked out this lil privacy fence the day before July 4th for a wonderful repeat customer and gained som more work in the process! Looking forward to getting back out there and helping these folks get their other home improvement projects completed!
