This section of brick never had a footer, and the whole wall fell down. We poured a new concrete footer with rebar tying into the garage, then relaid the brick in type N mortar utilizing wall ties every other course. Once completed, any point of water entry was sealed with polyurethane caulk and struck smooth. We do our best to find the root cause of any issues our customers have, and do everything in our power to create permanent masonry solutions that stand the test of time.
