Another master bathroom in the books. All new except tub and toilet. Farmhouse Living Alabaster tile in 24x48 for walls with 12x24 floor tile and multicolor Pennie’s for shower pan. New Delta valve and tub and faucets. Customer supplied pre fab vanity. Underlayment was Flofx uncoupling for floors and hydroban board and membrane for shower walls and pan. CTI #1749

Wrapped up another curbless shower/bathroom remodel for a nice veteran couple. All Laticrete rough in products with 30x30 in tile on walls and 12x24 floor tile. Also first time trying Cimentart micro cement for shower pan. 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼

Wrapped up this Planet Fitness project this week. Floor to ceiling tile in both bathrooms with dropped 6 shower pans to show this GC how to correctly install curbless showers. drains foam boards on shower walls with hydrobanned floors. Everything came out super nice.

All wrapped up with this guest bath. 24x48 from matte and textured porcelain tiles (forgot the name). New cabinets and quartz countertop. All Laticrete prep and setting materials with Mapei FA grout.

Small project we finished up recently. Some floor and decor 24”x48” special for these two guest bath surrounds. Calcatta quartz on all the counters. And some fresh new LVT on the rest of the flooring upstairs and treads as well. Laundry room also got a makeover, pics to follow.
