Hey everyone, we have received a lot of new followers lately so we wanted to reintroduce ourselves.

I'm Matthew, the founder, owner and operator of Selhorst Woodworks. Along with my wife, Chantel, we started this business just over 4 years ago, turning our passion of creating fun accent walls and barn doors into our career and livelihood.

In the last 4 years we have grown to over 10 employees, 2 shops and helped hundreds of customers. Every job we do is completely custom and hand crafted with passion.

We absolutely love what we do, the people we do it with and the customers we get the pleasure of working with. Thank you all so much for following along. We hope you enjoy our work and we get to work together soon.

Team Member Spotlight! Everyone meet Josh. Josh is our lead installer and has been with us for just over a year. He is the artistic eye behind a lot of our designs. In his previous life he helped design and build the floats for the rose day parade. Josh recently got married and has a 2 year old son and 9 year old daughter with his wife Chelsea. Team Member Spotlight Friday!

This week we are highlighting Abraham Castillo. is our most tenured team member, working with us for over a year now. He is the one behind the beautiful, unique barn doors we have been putting out lately. His attention to detail and artistic eye is what makes our product stand out above the rest.

Abraham is also from El Salvador and has 2 daughters. When he's not creating beautiful works of art he enjoys a cold beer and cheering on the National Team! Thank you Abraham for helping make us who we are today!
