Trying out “beach dip”! I really loved this idea but I think I’ll swap the seasoning out for taco next time, but I loved how easy this was to come together, took maybe 5 minutes!

Hey I’m super under the weather and lost my voice, so I’m resharing a video I made using the tomato alla vodka beans

Cheesy tomato bean skillet
2 cans of heyday tomato alla vodka beans
2 large cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of chicken broth (or vegetable)
1 tsp of tomato paste
2 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cheese topping:
1/2 cup shredded low moisture mozzarella
1/4 cup of fresh Parmesan reggiano
Preheat oven to 475°
In a cast iron or oven safe pan sautee your garlic in oil and add in the tomato paste and ensure the garlic doesn't burn, after about a minute add in your broth and mix until tomato paste is incorporated, add you beans and salt and pepper. Top with cheese and bake at 475° for 8 minutes

Hey I just found out it’s national chocolate chip day while I was grandma maxxing walking at the mall before they opened 😂 I did stop into when it did finally open amd grabbed these chips though and then rushed home so they didn’t melt to make them!
