So much fun! Spent the day harvesting all my plants so I could break down our Tower for cleaning and to get going on a new Season #4. These are all grown indoors on our Flex tower and the photos include tons of food that I mostly chopped up and stored in the freezer. These are Swiss Chard, Collard Greens, Mustard Greens, Green and Purple Basil, Dill, Tastoi Bok Choy, and Celery. For the basil, I froze those in ice cube trays filled with extra virgin olive oil. Now I need to hurry up and plant new seeds -- that I should have started 2 weeks ago! ๐
