A new dwelling currently on site. Full Planning Permission achieved under PPS 21 Dwelling on a Farm after a previous agent had a similar application refused.

A slightly different approach and a Full Planning Application rather than Outline with a contemporary version of the traditional 1 3/4 storey farmhouse successfully gained Full Planing Approval.

The design with an L-shaped plan ensures all rooms enjoy views to countryside and great light with most rooms benefitting from windows on two walls. This plan form means that the circulation core is centralised and kept to minimum to maximise useable space. A curved stairwell and double height void at the front door will create a great feeling of spaciousness.

The house is being built by local contractors Davis Abraham & Sons who don’t moan too much when we draw curved walls!
