What better way to finish a work week than with a beautiful tub to shower conversion! Fantastic Friday! We removed the acrylic bathtub surround and installed a beautiful new walk-in shower pan and wet wall system. Equipped with a built-in shampoo caddy, storage shelf, and shave shelf. In case you're wondering why the shelf is so low in the left corner, that's so you can put your foot up on it when shaving your legs. Sorry guys, I know this isn't really a benefit to you, but your wives will love it!

Thursday thrills! We started off today at the home of a return client. There we sealed up a block window. We replaced a trim board underneath it, that was rotten. We painted it to match. We replaced their front porch column that was rotted. We put it on an elevated post base so that it would not continue to wick up water. We then wrapped it with PVC trim to give it a nice finished look. Their deck steps were sitting directly on the ground. They had sunk into the ground over time. Code calls for them to be landing on a solid surface. I removed the deck steps and installed concrete blocks under each stringer. Now the deck steps are nice and solid! Next on the list was for another return client. There we replaced her back door. Next up was for a new client. We sealed up several cracks on their front porch and their back patio. We also filled a big gap where the back patio was separating from the foundation of the house. After that I was at the home of a new client. There I sealed around their skylight and anywhere where water could be intruding. They had some water coming in on the inside and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Next up was back at the home of another return client. There we installed a grab bar in her tiled shower. We tightened up her shower fixture. And adjusted her front door.

Wonderful Wednesday!! Today we were at the home of a return client. There we replace their deck steps. Stringers, treads, and all. We also installed risers on the new ones to get them up to code. And we changed up their handrail system to get it to code. I did a drywall patch on the ceiling for another return client. My flooring crew is nearing completion on their flooring project. Both of my painting crews are busy working on exterior projects. A couple of estimates.
