A 1925 home deserves more than a basic remodel. It deserves respect.

This bathroom was completely reimagined to match the character of the home while delivering a level of finish you don’t see often today.

We flipped the entire layout, relocating the shower and toilet to create better flow and eliminate wasted space. The original whirlpool bath tub was removed to maximize the shower footprint and create a more functional layout, making room for a dedicated water closet.

To maximize every inch, we installed a pocket door at the entry.

Every detail was intentional.

Marble flooring throughout with a mix of honed and polished finishes — grey polished and white honed
Porcelain shower floor tile
Porcelain wall tile set between custom marble baseboards and a marble chair rail
Marble shower curb and shelving details
Custom marble countertops
Solid wood vanity

Marble was used where it makes the most impact, balanced with durability and long-term performance.

Natural stone, clean lines, and proportions that feel like they’ve always been here.

This wasn’t just a renovation. This was bringing someone’s dream home to life the right way.
