Growing up in Central Kansas and raising my children was my focus
for many years. I was always interested in art but couldn't find the time.

Fortunately, my love for painting found an outlet about 6 years ago. A
conversation with my husband led to a trip to an art store where we
bought a few canvases and acrylic paints. It was that day when my
passion came to life. I watched videos, read books, and just started
putting brush to canvas. Through the years, I have created pieces for
individuals and charities. With my favorite place be

ing the woods,
nature is my greatest inspiration. Using natural canvases such as leaves,
bark, antlers, shells, and artist conk, I create one-of-a-kind pieces
from nature’s bounty. Facebook is the best place to see samples of my
creations that are displayed in galleries, restaurants, and individual’s
homes.

Finished up a commission for my neighbors. This is a painting of a picture that was taken of an old oak tree that has been on their land for over 100 years.
If anyone would like a painting of one of their pictures or whatnot on canvas/sawblades etc...I am free for a few weeks!!! Shoot me a message!! Original paintings make fantastic gifts for birthdays/holidays/special occasions or just because it's a beautiful day 🌞 😊 ❤️

I've thrown in the towel for today! Painting has been an exercise in frustration, with spills, mistakes(or "Happy little accidents" as Bob would say), and even a few tears (and a ruined DVD movie). And, the cherry on top, I cut myself on the sawblade I'm painting for a commission, AGAIN. 🥴 Ugh!!! Research, here I come! You sound a whole lot safer 😮‍💨

I have many paintings for sale if anyone is needing an original gift idea for Christmas or Birthday! I also paint commisions!!! Just leave me a message!
I can paint on items including but not limited to canvas, glass, sawblades( I have 7" up to 26"), wood, deer skulls(provided by you and must already be cleaned), rocks, bark, leaves and anything else you can think of (within reason). Here are a few examples up for sale....
