Welcome to PRISM organization and styling! I’m Chelsea Hatfield, owner and founder.
For as long as I can remember I have found joy in bringing order to chaos, spending my afternoons as a child organizing closets or sorting seed beads by color. But after my parents designed and built a home for our family of 8, I decided to pursue interior design as a profession and received my FIDER (now CIDA) accredited Bachelor of Science in Interior Design at Kansas State University. That is where I learned the true value of form AND function!
I’ve spent the past 20 years raising 4 kids and constantly seeking the best solutions to make our home run smoother and more efficiently — including chore charts and color coded calendars! In 2019, while fundraising for a mission trip, I offered organizing services to friends and family in return for donations. It was so fulfilling that in March of 2020 I decided to turn this passion into purpose and launched PRISM.
A prism is an object that allows light to pass through it, splitting white light into a full spectrum of color. That is my hope for each of my clients — creating space in your physical, mental and emotional life so you can give your energy to what matters most and so that you, too, can be a light!
