We are Wilson County's Premier Fence and Deck company. Our Account Managers are the heartbeat of this company. The Account Manager is responsible for working with our great customers to ensure everything goes smoothly. From the first call until the project is complete we are with them every step of the way.
Job description includes, but is not limited to:
- Usage of CRM, Word, Excel, and payment processing software
- Answer phones, emails, and texts in a timely and professional manner.
- Safely use all relevant equipment.
- Coordinate with other staff for smooth operation.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Possess the ability to work in a team
environment.
- Have a Winners mindset
- Possess basic math skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be eligible to work legally in the US
