We're done with repairs and paint on the north side and have moved around, so here's another update on the Historic Restoration project.

Here's a little update on the Historic Restoration we've been on. We've had to hand make a all of the new crown trim and rip all of the pieces to get the correct angle and profile for the crown and small Eaves at the Gabled ends of the house. Back to work at the job and making some more progress. The north side and half of the gables are ready for Paint. Good time

Just a quick addition to the Historic Restoration job. We had to add some 2x6x12 to fix the sag and add support. We were also able to lift the southeast end of the porch roof line 6 out of the 8 inches it had sank, and secure the outside pillar from falling. Now to the new Facia and Soffit. These clients needed their window casing finished. We had to redo a a few of the boxes and trim on a couple of the windows, some trim only on a few more. We don't get a lot of chances to do stain on interior trim anymore, so finishing another contractors abandoned window installation was tricky, but Cam Edens and I took care of it for them. Cam also learned a bit more on the sliding compound mitre saw, atta boy! His first picture frames in the line up.

I've been meaning to get this on here for a while, these people are awesome to work with. Last year we did a huge living quarters addition with a bedroom, living room, and a full bathroom in the north end of their house. They had us back to finish off the roofing. It was pretty tricky job, we had to redo the previous contractors mess and get this together for the rain to finally quit getting in. It was awesome to be able to help them out. It's been a while, so I wanted to throw some things on here that I'm pretty excited to be a part of. I've been working with a client in Carmel to get this place restored to it's original state. This is a pretty cool project to trusted with. I'll be adding to this periodically, we've got a few phases worked out and we're in the first. Let's get it!

Edens Unique Home Modifications LLC

My son and I, Cam Edens, just wrapped up an awesome project for some new clients. We completely gutted this walk in shower to the floor joist and started from scratch. We have marble mosaics for the floor, hunter green subway tile, a matching bench and threshold, and topped it if with a dual hinged 28"x78" glass door. They were awesome people to work with and the project turned out amazing! Shout it to John Stathers for the connection, thanks buddy!

Some more updates for our new clients in Danville, they've been making a lot of changes to their new home since they moved in, late last year.

This was for a client on his lake cottage in Kingman, IN. We did the siding with new soffit and coil stock facia, as well as some new windows that needed updated. The client wanted to keep the existing kitchen and back porch windows, but we replaced the remaining 7. This turned out great for his upcoming sell!
