This deck was over 8 years old and starting to split and splinter from years of weather exposure. Without protection, the boards would continue to separate and eventually begin to rot.

To restore and protect the wood, we hand-applied a semi-transparent oil-based stain for deep pe*******on into the aging boards. This helps protect the deck from moisture, UV damage, and everyday wear while keeping the natural wood grain visible for a clean, lasting finish.

New deep soaking tub, modern shower insert, white marble tile flooring, solid wood vanity with marble top, fresh paint, gold fixtures, and updated switches throughout. Feels like a completely new space!

Wrapped up a nice little project this week on a barn that had some old rotten siding. I pulled off the damaged boards, removed the old insulation, replaced it with new, and installed fresh siding. Got everything caulked and painted so it’s sealed up and looking sharp again.

This post is a continuation from the previous. Customer wanted to remove their walk in closet and replace it with a full tile shower. This included; a complete demo, new framing and plumbing, concrete board, waterproofing membrane, tile, new fixtures, ceiling paint, and a Bluetooth bathroom fan to listen to music while showering.
