🔧 Custom Garage Door Opener Installation Complete! 🔧
Today’s install came with a unique challenge. The garage had an existing attic access panel located directly where a standard garage door opener would normally be mounted.
Instead of letting that stop the project, we engineered a custom mounting solution using structural angle supports to safely position the opener while maintaining clearance for the attic access panel and keeping the opener properly aligned with the door.
To make sure everything was powered correctly, the homeowner also had a licensed electrician install a new outlet receptacle near the opener location so the unit could be safely connected.
This customer also opted to upgrade convenience and accessibility with:
✔️ Wireless exterior keyless entry keypad
✔️ Two remotes programmed and ready to go
✔️ New garage door opener installed and fully operational

We replaced the damaged spring set, properly balanced the door, and tested the system to make sure everything was operating smoothly again.
