Beautiful backyard transformation for an amazing client. This property had major drainage issues, poor soil conditions, and years of built-up material along the fence line.

Our team regraded the entire backyard, incorporated nutrient-rich compost, removed over 3 feet of excess soil buildup, and installed clean drainage stone with decorative river rock for long-term water management. We also added a new shed pad, custom garden bed, and finished everything off with fresh TifTuf Bermuda sod for a clean, healthy finish.

Some jobs are about creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Others are about solving real property issues.

This project focused on improving drainage, stabilizing a difficult slope, and creating a cleaner, lower-maintenance finish. We installed 88 tons of Cumberland Blend crushed flagstone, regraded the backyard, added topsoil, and established new lawn areas to completely transform the space.

Sometimes you don’t need a complete redo — you just need some “property doctoring.”

This backyard had drainage and grading issues that were holding the space back. We completely regraded the yard for better water flow, expanded the river rock areas, and installed Belgard Weston Stone seating walls and edging to create a cleaner, more functional gathering space with a much better overall look and feel.

Simple improvements. Big transformation. 🏡
