We are basically talking new construction here. 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, expanded kitchen with a 12' island, huge laundry/mudroom, double driveway, new sidewalks, 100% new electric, plumbing, insulation....literally EVERYTHING. The infamous levittown chimney! We previously built a 2nd story addition on this home and are now remodeling the kitchen. Removing the remainder of this chimney allows for so much more! This will be a great tranformation.
