I can't explain why, but this water heater was installed in the attic.... a ladder isn't usually on my "water heater replacement tools needed list"
Basement or attic, jobs gotta get done!
Alot of water damage on this one!
Drywall and paint scheduled for next week!
Don't forget to inspect your water heaters for leaks the the connections on top,access hatches for the elements (on electric) as well as the pressure release valve and the outflow drain at the bottom. If caught early, you can save yourself alot of damage!
