Another commercial project wrapped for Ryder in Columbus.

Scope:
- Wallpaper removed
- Glue steamed and cleaned off the substrate
- Level 5 skim coat across the walls
- Primed and finished with 2 coats of commercial-grade paint
- New cove base installed throughout

Level 5 is the highest drywall finish there is, and it's what you want when the lighting is going to show every flaw. The walls came out flat, smooth, and ready for the next 10+ years of daily use.

Recently completed commercial office renovation in Columbus. 4,500+ sqft project.

The scope included removing two walls and a doorway to open up the layout and create a main conference room, scraping ceiling texture, replacing several doors, installing new carpet tile, and painting throughout.

Custom Built-In Bench Seating & Fireplace Feature – Lewis Center, OH

This project was far more detailed than it looks at first glance. We designed and built custom built-in bench seating to flank the fireplace, complete with lift-up storage lids and hidden hardware for a clean, seamless finish.

Our team sourced the solid oak tops, custom stained each top to match the space, cut and dry-fit everything on site, then precision-routed for concealed SOSS hinges. To make the space family-friendly, we installed soft-close lid supports so the benches can’t slam shut—protecting small hands and keeping the operation smooth and quiet.

From layout and fabrication to final install, this project took roughly three days of hands-on work once all specialty hardware arrived. The end result is a durable, custom solution that blends storage, safety, and craftsmanship into the living space.
