Sadly, this home caught fire early 2024 but we were lucky enough to be the ones to restore it back for this lovely family. Black Bear did everything from start to finish. We changed the layout of the house to flow better, installed all new electric and plumbing, sub contracted the heating and cooling to Colton Eschrich, all new windows through Tom Riel, all new drywall, flooring, paint, etc. On the outside of the house we did all new siding, a metal roof, and added a new covered porch on the back of the house. It was such a blessing to get to remodel an entire house. it was a great learning experience! Here are some pics
