These sandwiches were really good! The only change I would make is next time I would use a different type of baguette. Chad and I are not really rustic, crusty bread sort of people.🙃🙃

This is one of our favorite Banana Pudding recipes!! It’s so good and super easy (allow yourself a little extra time because the mix has to be refrigerated.)

Chad and I both loved this! Keep a check on the shrimp so you don’t overcook them! Ours turns out perfect and we enjoyed it right at our campsite!

This was good, but Chad would have really loved it with blackened seasoning (we didn’t have that in the camper). I’m going to try this technique with tilapia next!
