Had a customer who was told by a previous plumber that her sewer collapsed and basement floor needed busted open and drain replaced. Well we quoted a price to do the job - but we decided to first run our snakes through and yes our big snake saved the day!!! And the customer saved thousands. She was so happy we are now doing some other work for her
