If you’re an experienced HVAC Service Technician and one of your favorite parts is seeing a satisfied customer, we have an immediate opening for an HVAC Technician.
Team Vail is a growing team of HVAC professionals serving the Twin Cities and the surrounding communities. Specializing in commercial and residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. We strive on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass criminal background check
• 3+ years experience in a residential and commercial HVAC service
• License is a huge plus! Also looking for someone with a Tinner license.
• Ability to test and balance systems. Understand and apply all relevant codes
• New installs, troubleshooting, boiler experience, furnace installation, refrigeration experience
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing commercial RTU’s (Roof-Top Units), MAU’s (Make Up Air Units), Exhaust Fans, Chillers, Furnaces, A/Cs, and Mini Split Units.
• Knowledge of commercial and residential services in the HVAC industry.

Why is my toilet running? Can I replace it myself?
Listening to a toilet run can be irritating. But can you fix the problem yourself or should you hire a toilet plumber? Here are some typical problems that can affect a toilet:

Problem #1: Random flushing
Possible Solution: Drain the tank and check the seal on the flapper. It may need to be cleaned to create a better seal. If that does not stop the problem, the flapper may be deteriorated and will need to be replaced.

Problem #2: Trickling water
Possible Solution: Remove the lid and ensure the floater is not stuck or detached. If that is not the source of the problem, check the refill tube. It should only hang a few centimeters over the edge of the overflow pipe.

Problem #3: Weak flush
Possible Solution: The main cause of a weak flush is clogged holes along the rim of the bowl. Clean away the debris to remove the blockage.

If the problem does not go away, you may need to consider replacing the toilet or hiring a plumber.
