We’re excited to announce that Troy Schaum will be co-organizing 𝑨𝒓𝒕 π’Šπ’ π‘ͺ𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒙𝒕: 𝑨𝒓𝒕, π‘¨π’“π’„π’‰π’Šπ’•π’†π’„π’•π’–π’“π’†, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 π‘΄π’Šπ’…π’…π’π’† 𝑳𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒔𝒄𝒂𝒑𝒆, a symposium at The Chinati Foundation in Marfa, April 4–6, 2025 and in Houston in November .

Through conversations with architects, artists, and scholars, the event will explore the relationship between art, architecture, and land at Chinati by focusing on one of the most significant examples of their integration: the former artillery sheds that house Donald Judd’s 100 untitled works in mill aluminum.

is curating an accompanying exhibition at both venues.
